Calvin Ayre: Money Button Better Than BTC Segwit For Micropayments

Calvin Ayre, the Founder of Ayre Group, responded to a piece of news about Jordan Peterson and other intellectuals looking for an alternative to Patreon. He said they could use instead and implement the Money Button as against segwit BTC.

Since the split from Bitcoin Cash, Ayre has always claimed that Bitcoin Satoshi Vision [SV] is not the original Bitcoin Cash, whereas it is the original Bitcoin. He had also said that the Bitcoin developers ruined the coin to death because of the Bitcoin Segwit fork. And also accusing them of abandonment of the Nakamoto consensus and betraying the trust of the miners by the ABC team. Calvin Ayre also accused Roger Ver, of going against the original Bitcoin economic model after supporting it for so many years.

CEO Money Button Chose Bitcoin SV Over Bitcoin Cash

Ryan X Charles, the CEO of Money Button and Yours Inc had joined the Bitcoin SV camp during the split even though Bitmain is the largest investor in the company. Cryptocurrency mining giant Bitmain is one of the leading groups in the Bitcoin Cash camp. But the total money raised for Yours. Inc sums up to $1.7 million, according to Ryan X Charles.

SegWit, which aims to improve scalability on the Bitcoin blockchain, is a soft fork changes the transaction format of Bitcoin. This backward compatible upgrade implemented on the bitcoin network as of August 2017. However, those in the Bitcoin SV camp believe to solve Bitcoin problems, it isn’t necessary to change the Bitcoin protocol. Also, Ryan X Charles states that he was against the Bitcoin Cash mandatory replay protection.

Ryan X Charles, in a YouTube video earlier this month, explained that to resolve a significant issue on Bitcoin it is possible to create a business that creates value for people and charge in Bitcoin for the services. In this way, it is possible to solve these problems and payout in Bitcoin. has been a disruptive business model and an alternative to the centralised networks like Patreon and other social networks. But over the past month, the platform has not been operational. Especially since the clash between Bitcoin ABC and Bitcoin SV. Currently, on the platform, there have been little or no developments.
