Bittrex, the cryptocurrency exchange, and digital currency wallet service are ready to launch Ether Classic and Ripple supporting more USD trading pairs. This implementation follows a phased approach to add the majority of markets with customers over time.
This announcement was made via their official blog post. On 8th August, the platform announced that they are rolling out the latest fiat trading news on launching the US dollar (USD) markets for Ethereum Classic (ETC) and Ripple (XRP) by 20th August.
Bittrex says that it will continually add the tokens to its USD trading markets. This will provide the customers with convenient, quick and safe trading options. In addition to this, it will provide the user the access to few of the world’s innovative blockchain projects.
In addition to broader acceptance, expanding fiat markets to the top digital currencies on our trading platform will help limit the dominance and influence of anyone token over other blockchain projects – a necessary evolution if we’re going to unleash blockchain’s potential benefits for consumers and businesses.
Bittrex Currently Supports Only Three US States
The company came into the spotlight when they announced that they will be soon open to USD trading market. Users can avail the service given by platform either “USD trading only” or “USD trading, withdrawal, and deposit”.

However, the service will be applicable for customers having a personal account and corporate accounts. Only residents of California, Washington State, and Montana can participate in this service. The “qualified international customers” eligibility is not really clear. However, Bittrex already has plans in process to explore its services to more countries and states soon.
Bittrex has Six Coins on its Platform
With the new addition, now the Bittrex trading markets hold the total of six cryptocurrencies in exchange for USD. They include Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Ethereum Classic (ETC), Tether-USD (USDT), Ripple (XRP), and TrueUSD (TUSD)
Ethereum Classic (ETC) and Ripple (XRP)
While the market is always fluctuating, the Ethereum Classic has always been remaining all-time high. This new update of Bittrex follows the similar announcements by Coinbase and Robinhood. They recently announced the integration of Ethereum Classic into their specific crypto trading platforms.
About Ripple, it has come out of the dark times skyrocketing as it was before. Recently Bitcoin Superstore accepted this currency in their stores. Coinbase also added XRP to its platform after a long time. CoinJar also launched a digital currency fund for XRP Investors. So the news is on, coming one after the other!
