Binance Launches Leveraged ETH/USDT Futures Trading
Binance platform enabled ETH futures contract with 50x leverage. In initial phases, trade ETH futures against USDT collateral. Binance Futures traders can trade ETH/USDT with adjustable leverage between 1 and 50 on desktop and mobile web. Android and iOS support will be available soon.
Binance adds Ruble (RUB) Fiat support
On Monday (December 2), crypto exchange Binance announced that it is launching four new trading pairs for the Russian Ruble (RUB) at 13:00 UTC on December 2. The trading pairs will be BNB/RUB, BTC/RUB, ETH/RUB, XRP/RUB. This crypto exchange now supports EUR, GBP, INR, and 11 other fiats.
Binance to Binance Internal Transfer Processed without fees
The crypto exchange platform will now consider assets transfer from one Binance account to another as an internal transfer. From Dec, these internal transfers will be processed without the need for any block confirmations and also have zero transfer fees.
Travala migrates AVA Token to Binance Chain
Travala is an online travel booking platform that allows users to purchase hotels in cryptocurrency and receive discounts and rewards through the usage of AVA. The travel portal, in an attempt to improve the AVA economy, has shifted these tokens to the Binance chain. The travel portal has also started Buyback and token burn.
Binance Procures Chinese-Based DApp Analytics Firm DappReview
The Malta-Based Exchange Binance has announced its acquisition of Chinese startup DappReview today on Nov 3, 2019. With this acquisition, Binance’s Trust Wallet founder, Viktor Radchenko, said: “Binance hopes to develop the dapps ecosystem and foster greater blockchain adoption”.
Binance & TravelbyBit Launch Crypto Travel Rewards Card
Binance and TravelByBit have launched a rewards card that allows users to make crypto payments for trips, and can also function as a prepaid debit card. The card will support platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Ctrip, Expedia, and TravelbyBit.com, and will also facilitate payments in BTC, BNB, ONT, and BUSD.
Binance Adds Support for Zero Fee Tezos Staking
Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has announced it will add support for Tezos (XTZ) staking starting from 2019/12/04. Token rewards will reportedly be calculated on a daily basis with live snapshots and monthly distribution. The exchange states the first distribution will be completed before 2019/01/20.
Binance announces new stable coin initiative, Venus
Binance revealed its plans to launch an open blockchain project, Venus, an initiative to develop localized stablecoins and digital assets pegged to fiat currencies across the globe. The exchange says it is seeking partnerships with governments, corporations, technology firms, and other cryptocurrency and blockchain projects in order to develop a new currency ecosystem that will empower both developed and developing countries.
