Binance Meetup Update: To Add 180 Fiat Currencies, Now on HTC Exodus

Binance is taking diligent steps to become a one-stop solution for the crypto market. Recently, the multi-currency exchange had added Fiat support to its trading platform. Users can buy cryptocurrencies using European euro (EUR); Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); Kazakhstani tenge (KZT); Nigerian naira (NGN), and Russian ruble (RUB).

However, Binance co-founder Changpeng “CZ” Zhao announced the exchange plans to add a total of 180 Fiat currencies. The exchange will focus to integrate these currencies in the next few quarters.

“One of the key things I want to do for the next few months – six to nine months or so – is to get those other 180 fiat currencies onboard onto,” Zhao said.

Zhao presented his idea during the CoinMarketCap Meetup, The Capital, where some of the major names of the crypto industry were present.

BinanceDEX on HTC Smartphone

In the Capital meetup, the guest list included HTC Decentralized Chief Officer Phil Chen. Chen spoke about a limited edition Binance DEX enabled Exodus Smartphone. The model is named as Exodus 1

“Binance is one of those fearless companies to challenge traditional financial systems and how things are done. Their vision of borderless finance is a cause that EXODUS also aspires to,” Chen said.

This limited edition HTC Exodus 1 smartphone will provide native support to Binance DEX. Customers can access crypto anytime & anywhere.

In addition to Chen, Zhao too presented his views on this partnership. Zhao added that he is excited to work with HTC to drive a blockchain-enabled smartphone. He believes that “Smartphones will play a key role in the mass adoption of crypto and smartphones are the most natural devices for a hardware wallet that is simple to use and always with you.”

Binance System Upgrade

Additionally, Binance is upgrading its user experience. Moreover, the exchange is very transparent in the way it handles the exchange. A system upgrade was scheduled for the Binance Exchange. The team handled this upgrade efficiently. There were a series of tweets and notices circulated before and during the upgrade on November 13, 2019.

Even though the upgrade had some glitches, with frequent communication the team resolved the issues. These updates make Binance different from any other exchanges.
