Facebook’s Bug Bounty Program Rewards $10,000 to Break Libra
The program is live from 27 August 2019.
Facebook’s Libra blockchain is under constant regulations. Government claims project may pose a potential threat to the global financial system. The Libra Association has launched a Bug Bounty Program along with HackerOne on August 27, 2019, for public testing.
Michael Engle, Head of Developer at the Libra Association said that the program wants developers worldwide to identify bugs and flaws in the Libra blockchain. He also said that Libra will launch only after sorting out regulatory concerns and approvals. Libra association is offering up to $10,000 for security experts who find flaws in code in projects.
